1. Shipping Coverage

We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

All shipping rates and estimated delivery times are automatically calculated at checkout using Shopify’s shipping system.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: Estimated 1 business day

Please note that delivery times may vary based on location and carrier service.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment through the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

Slayed Down is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
