Refund policy

At Slayed Down, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we are here to assist you with our return process.

1. Returns

  • Return Window: Items may be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags.
  • Exclusions: Final sale items and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please use our self-serve returns portal on our website or contact our customer service team at info@beauty-laboratory.com. You can also use our chat widget during working hours. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. Returns must be sent to the following address:

Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified via email about the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@beauty-laboratory.com.

4. Exchanges

To exchange an item, please contact us within the 10-day return window. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@beauty-laboratory.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary. In such cases, Slayed Down will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Shipping Policy

We currently only ship within the United States. We do not provide international shipping at this time.
